As Founder , she plays a hands-on role in ensuring every cat and client receives the highest level of care. Jen is the friendly face behind your updates, keeping pet parents informed about their cats’ well-being during each grooming session.

As the lead of our grooming team and instructor at Upper Thomson, Lene brings not only technical expertise but also genuine heart to every aspect of her work. A proud pet parent to both cats and dogs, she deeply understands the bond between pets and their humans—and treats every animal in her care as if they were her own.
With over 25 years of grooming experience, Lene is a Certified Master Feline Stylist and an ISFC All-Breed Certifier, as well as an ISFC-Certified Cat Grooming Judge known for her high standards and compassionate approach.
Throughout her career, she has guided and inspired countless aspiring groomers, many of whom have gone on to become award-winning professionals. For Lene, grooming is more than a skill—it’s a heartfelt commitment to the well-being, comfort, and beauty of every cat she touches.

A true pioneer of pet grooming in Singapore, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of many award-winning groomers.
Known for his deep passion and steady dedication, Roy leads our grooming team and instructors at Joo Chiat with heart and purpose. His calm confidence and years of wisdom bring comfort not only to the animals he grooms but also to the students he mentors.
