These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and comfortable boarding experience for both your cat and our team. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Boarding Conditions
Cats must be in good health, properly vaccinated, and free from contagious diseases.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat that appears unwell, injured, or unsuitable for boarding.
Only cats from the same household may be housed together upon request.
2. Vaccination & Health Requirements
All cats must be vaccinated against FVRCP at least 14 days prior to boarding.
Vaccination records must be submitted and verified before check-in.
Cats must be free of fleas, ticks, lice, and intestinal parasites.
The owner affirms that the cat is not under quarantine and has not been exposed to any contagious diseases.
3. Medical Treatment & Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, we will contact the owner or emergency contact immediately.
If contact cannot be made, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment at our discretion.
All medical expenses incurred during the stay will be borne by the owner.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or complications arising from them.
4. Feeding, Medication & Special Needs
All medications must be clearly labeled with dosage and instructions.
We will follow owner’s instructions to the best of our ability but are not liable for adverse reactions or missed doses unless due to negligence.
Any special dietary requirements must be provided by the owner.
5. Behavior & Safety
Cats that show signs of aggression or excessive stress may be removed from shared activities or isolated for safety.
Owners must inform us in advance of any behavioral issues or anxieties.
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from behavior not disclosed at time of booking.
6. Abandonment & Uncollected Pets
If a cat is not collected within 7 days of the scheduled check-out and the owner cannot be contacted, the pet will be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to re-home, surrender to a shelter, or take legal action in accordance with AVS guidelines.
All outstanding fees will remain the responsibility of the owner.
7. Liability Waiver
While every care is taken, we are not liable for:
Loss or damage due to natural disasters, fire, theft, or unforeseen emergencies.
Injury, illness, or death due to pre-existing conditions or age-related issues.
Owners agree to indemnify the boarding facility from any claims related to the cat’s stay.
8. Photos & Social Media
We may take photos/videos of cats for updates or promotional use unless explicitly declined by the owner.
No identifying personal information will be shared.
9. Payment & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm booking.
Full payment is due at or before check-in.
Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes, especially during peak seasons.
Late check-out may incur additional charges.
10. Peak Period Policy
During holiday periods (e.g., CNY, Christmas), a minimum stay and peak surcharge may apply.
Early check-outs during these periods will still be billed for the full stay booked.
11. Owner Responsibilities
Owners must provide accurate and complete information at time of booking.
Ensure all belongings are clearly labeled. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Inform us of any changes in health, diet, or behavior prior to boarding.
Non-Veterinary Disclosure Our caretakers are experienced in feline care but not licensed veterinarians. We cannot interpret medical test results or provide medical advice. All health-related information must be supported by documents from a qualified veterinarian.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy • Check-In: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Early check-in available from 12:00 PM) • Check-Out: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Late check-out until 2:00 PM) All drop-offs and pickups are by appointment only. Additional fees apply for early or late check-ins/out.
Illness or Ineligibility at Check-In If your cat is found to be non-compliant at the point of check-in (e.g., unfit, aggressive, incomplete vaccination), a 50% handling fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of the reservation will be refunded within 7 working days.
Acceptance of Risk While we maintain a clean and safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of health risks. You acknowledge the possibility of exposure to allergens, parasites, or illness during boarding and release our team from liability in such cases.
Cancellation & Refund Policy All changes to bookings are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us at least [insert number] days in advance for changes.
Abandonment Cats left beyond the reservation period without prior notice or payment may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to take appropriate action under local regulations.
