Boarding Terms & Conditions

Important Note on Medical Care
While our caregivers are highly experienced in feline handling and wellbeing, they are not licensed veterinarians.
We are unable to interpret medical reports, diagnose conditions, or provide veterinary advice.
All health-related information must be supported by official documentation from a certified veterinarian.

Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
To ensure a smooth flow and dedicated attention for every guest, all drop-offs and pickups are strictly by appointment only.
• Check-In: Between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: Between 12 Pm and 2PM
• Early or late arrivals/departures may incur additional fees and must be pre-arranged.

Non-Compliance at Check-In
If a cat is found unsuitable for boarding at the time of check-in due to incomplete vaccinations, visible illness, aggression, or other disqualifying conditions:
• A 50% charge will apply
• The remaining 50% of the reservation will be refunded within 7 working days

Risk Acknowledgement
While we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, we cannot fully eliminate all risks of exposure during your cat’s stay.
By boarding with us, you understand and accept the possibility of exposure to allergens, parasites, or illness, and agree not to hold our team liable in such instances.

Booking Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All modifications, cancellations, or postponements are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
• Please notify us at least 7 days in advance for changes to avoid penalties.
• Last-minute changes may incur charges or result in forfeited deposits.

Uncollected Pets & Abandonment
Cats that are not picked up after the end of their reservation, and with no communication or payment received, may be classified as abandoned.
In such cases, PetPat reserves the right to take necessary steps in accordance with local animal welfare regulations.

Non-Veterinary Disclosure
Our caretakers are experienced in feline care but not licensed veterinarians. We cannot interpret medical test results or provide medical advice. All health-related information must be supported by documents from a qualified veterinarian.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy
• Check-In: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Early check-in available from 12:00 PM)
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Late check-out until 2:00 PM)
All drop-offs and pickups are by appointment only. Additional fees apply for early or late check-ins/out.

Illness or Ineligibility at Check-In
If your cat is found to be non-compliant at the point of check-in (e.g., unfit, aggressive, incomplete vaccination), a 50% handling fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of the reservation will be refunded within 7 working days.

Acceptance of Risk
While we maintain a clean and safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of health risks. You acknowledge the possibility of exposure to allergens, parasites, or illness during boarding and release our team from liability in such cases.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All changes to bookings are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us at least [insert number] days in advance for changes.

Abandonment
Cats left beyond the reservation period without prior notice or payment may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to take appropriate action under local regulations.
