Junior Marketing Executive

Salary – $2,200–$2,600 / month

We are a fast-growing cat grooming company with three outlets, dedicated to raising grooming standards and building a strong cat-loving community. We are looking for a proactive and creative **Junior Marketing Executive** to support our marketing efforts across all branches.

Job Description:

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and bookings across all branches
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels, short-form content)
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and events
• Assist in partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Support branding consistency across all outlets
• Work closely with Operations to align promotions with business goals
• Be the Reporting Officer for all Interns attached to the Company
• Ability to integrate AI into daily duties

Qualifications & Skills:

•  Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 1 – 2 years experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of social media marketing & content creation
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Basic photography & video editing skills preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable working across different locations when required
